FREE Online Graduate Refresher Sessions
In order to allow people the opportunity to maintain & refresh their practice wherever they may find themselves over this summer, I'm very excited to announce that I've launched three free online sessions as follows:
Time: 7:00-8:00 pm
You may sign up for one, two or all three sessions.
The choice is yours.
This will allow everyone to ease into using this new platform for refreshers at no risk (a $75 value). While it may be online, you still be able to see my entire body during meditation practice. If you are interested, please be sure to sign up promptly as there will be no more than 10 participants per session. To sign-up for the free online sessions, all you have to do is fill out your preferred selection using the registration form below.
Once you have signed up, I will send you an email from MindfulLivingNY@gmail.com with the appropriate links to connect and join the online meeting room(s) where the online refresher will take place. We will be using the ZOOM.US platform for these sessions. (ZOOM is available on iOS & Android desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices)
4-Week Deepening your Practice Workshop
In this series, we will review and introduce several practices to support each other's meditation journey. We will explore themes of interest relating to cultivating presence and explore the framework and exercises from positive psychology and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
