Refresher Session

We use these refresher sessions for mindful meditation and a discussion of various aspects of mindfulness and our individual meditation practices. This is a great chance to meditate in community and to rededicate ourselves to our practice. 

 

FALL REFRESHERS

Mornings:

Friday December 11th:  9:45 to 11:45 am in Larchmont, NY. 

 

Email reminders will be sent a week prior to each refresher session, please kindly reserve your seat at that time through the link in that email. Donations are gratefully accepted to continue to support the space and a scholarship fund for the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course. (Suggested Amt: $25)
