Laurence Magro, LMHC & Nancy Logue, Ph.D. are offering professional guidance and interactive support by participating in a 
six-week experiential and practical course that includes an evidence-based app as a comprehensive multi-modal workbook.
An introduction to the pioneering Unwinding Anxiety approach to changing unhelpful behaviors driven by worry and fear. 
Learn how to tap the brain’s reward-based learning system to change your unwanted habits by using a mindfulness program developed by neuroscientist and addiction psychiatrist Judson Brewer, by presenting the theory and a sampling of practices to help you be able to manage stress in healthier ways. 
The six-week course will be held on Tuesdays
