Pause & Connect Deepening Practice


The “Pause and Connect” weekly sessions are held virtually through Zoom.us platform.

These sessions will explore different themes around developing qualities of mind and heart as well as tips from behavioral health psychology to work with fear and anxiety and strengthen overall mental and emotional resilience.
