Laurence Magro is a Westchester, NY licensed psychotherapist specializing in mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs). As one of only a handful of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) certified professionals in the state of New York, she has helped hundreds of clients to recognize and transform maladaptive habits and patterns of thought to lead more balanced, joyful and healthy lives.
